Meet the founders: Juan, Juliana, and John—a Mexican, a Brazilian, and a Colombian with over 30 years of experience in leadership, partnerships, business growth, and shaking things up. We've been in the rooms where decisions are made—and we've also been on the outside, knocking (or kicking) down the door. We know what it’s like to be underestimated, but we also know how to change the game.

We’ve built businesses, advised global organizations, and influenced policies and executive leaders. We've been recognized, sought after, and invited to lead major conversations. Now, we’re bringing that power to YOU.

A 4 month Fellowship Program

This process will help you Amplify your Performance while tearing down the barriers that are constantly holding you back from that NEXT LEVEL.

We know you’ve tried everything - but you haven’t tried THIS invincible and proven process.

  • On Monday, August 11th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we’ll gather for a full day dedicated to YOU—a chance to step into your PODER and go after the goals you truly deserve.

    Location to be confirmed.

    Breakfast and lunch will be served, we got your covered with cafecito and snacks throughout the day. 

    You will be in a room with other like-minded professionals from various industries who are ready to BE the change. 

    You will have all your learning materials provided and at the end of our day, not only will you have practical and REAL tools to put into practice immediately to see results, we will also network afterwards with the views of downtown Fort Lauderdale over beverages and appetizers.

  • August 25th, 5pm - 7pm

    Fall fellows attending the graduation of spring fellows 2025.

  • Every month we’ll meet over zoom for continuity, accountability, calibration of obstacles and what is needed as we continue on our journey.

    We will meet again in person for another day full of content, connectivity and a graduation ceremony to celebrate our achievements.
